- Operational engine: Together with the ops team you take over the day-to-day operations of our distribution and Label OS business, so that our COO can focus on strategic initiatives and agentic systems that will carry more and more of this work. Partner & DSP operations and Business & legal affairs make up the largest part of the role.
- Partner operations: You take partner deals from agreed terms to live — closing execution and onboarding with our Partner Operations Kit, which you improve with every partner — and coordinate catalog migrations, partner revenue reviews and settlements, and partner success management after the deal.
- DSP & delivery operations: You own DSP onboarding end-to-end (feeds, territories, DDEX delivery), day-to-day DSP & Delivery troubleshooting and the operational side of DSPs' policies.
- YouTube & content monetization: You operate YouTube CMS / Content ID — claimed videos, art tracks, monetization & performance improvements, policies, Trust & Safety cases and audits.
- Business & legal affairs: You handle requests outside the SLA via our intake workflow, keep our T&Cs and compliance documentation current, follow through legal cases, takedowns, exclusivity issues and copyright claims, and run the weekly sync with our external counsel.
- Contract lifecycle: You run contracts within a 48-hour SLA — drafting, redlining, review cycles with external counsel, signatures — across distribution agreements, NDAs, and other agreements, licensee monitoring and catalog transaction documentation.
- Compliance & content integrity: You run Spotify PPP compliance, DSP audit responses, monthly penalty settlements and artificial-streaming and customer fraud cases, together with our content identification and fraud detection partners.
- Operational cadences: You own recurring checklists, operational reporting and escalations, and keep SOPs and playbooks current — written so they can be turned into AI agents.
- Working with AI agents: You review the output of our production agents (e.g. release QC, content identification, monitoring), flag quality issues, turn recurring corrections into better SOPs and agents, and take over automated workflows once they are handed over.
- Building agents: Over time, you build your own agents for recurring workflows in your area, within our agent quality standard.
- Service levels: You work to clear commitments — contracts within 48 hours, fraud cases triaged within 24 hours, YouTube Trust & Safety issues resolved within 48 hours, escalations resolved or routed within 4 hours, partner revenue reviews completed by month-end.
- Your first 6 months: After about three months you own all areas and the COO is down to a weekly check-in; contracts leave within the SLA without the COO in the loop, new partners go live through the Kit, and you are the day-to-day reviewer of at least one production agent.

Your mission
Your profile
- Experience: 5+ years in music distribution, label services or DSP operations.
- DSP & YouTube: Deep knowledge of the DSP landscape (Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon Music) plus Rights Management / Content ID (YouTube, TikTok, Meta) experience at scale.
- Delivery & royalties: Familiarity with DDEX (ERN), royalty accounting, revenue-share models, settlement processes and DSP reporting formats.
- Legal & contracts: Hands-on experience with distribution agreements, NDAs and licensing terms; confident redlining; ideally experience working with external counsel.
- Compliance: Experience with content integrity, artificial-streaming response and platform compliance programs.
- Organisation: You run 10+ parallel workstreams with clear ownership, deadlines and escalation paths.
- Stakeholder management: You deal confidently with partners, DSPs, external counsels and internal teams — often all on the same day.
- Tools: Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Customer Support Solutions and Claude/ChatGPT, or similar tools — and you learn new tools quickly.
- AI in daily work: You already use AI tools every day, on your own initiative — and you are senior enough to challenge their output instead of following it.
- Languages: Fluent English and business-level German.
- Way of working: Process-oriented, SLA-driven, documentation-first, a proactive problem solver, comfortable with ambiguity, and good at the Pareto cut.
- Nice to have: automation tools (n8n, Zapier) or first agents you have built yourself.
- Scope of the role: A senior execution role with real ownership and a real voice: you prepare and execute, while deal structuring and final legal decisions stay with the COO — and you are expected to challenge processes and standards that don't work in practice and to bring improvement proposals; we improve them together. Over time the role grows into building and running AI agents for its own area. It is not a strategy, sales, product or accounting role, and it starts without direct reports — people leadership can grow over time.
Why us?
- Ownership from day one: You join a small, experienced team with direct access to the COO and real responsibility for the operations of the business.
- Right timing: You join while a music distribution company turns its operations over to agentic AI — and you shape how that works in practice.
- Growth path: From running operations to building agents of your own, in a company where AI is part of every division.
- Flexible working model: attractive salary package, flexible hours and remote work within the EU timezone or hybrid at our office in Pfäffikon SZ.
About us
iGroove / Label OS is the platform independent labels use to run their business. Distribution, royalties, analytics, release operations, deal modeling, scouting, marketing intelligence. Labels use Label OS to manage their catalog, track revenue, and make better decisions without building large teams to do it.
Our AI agents will handle the repetitive work across every department so the people can focus on what actually matters: finding artists and building careers.
Our clients include some of the most respected names in independent music. We are a small, senior team that fully leverages AI across every division. We move fast, ship real products, and are building the tools that independent labels actually need to compete.
